Refund Policy

One-time services

All offerings on The Clinic Standard (the 90-minute Walkthrough, the 90-minute Consulting session, and any Fractional COO / Director engagement) are one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may reschedule your session via the Calendly link up to 24 hours before the booked start time at no charge. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund:

  1. Email us at d.lucaslim@gmail.com with your order receipt and the reason for your request.
  2. We'll review and respond within 3 business days, and process approved refunds directly through Stripe.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Fractional engagements

Refund and cancellation terms for Fractional COO / Director engagements are defined in the individual engagement proposal agreed before work begins.
